The Sales Account Executive will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing relationships with key clients within the architecture and construction industries. This role involves selling architectural services, building design solutions, and collaborating closely with architects, project managers, and clients to deliver tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-focused, and has a deep understanding of architectural services and the construction process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development:
• Identify, target, and pursue new business opportunities in real estate, construction, and development sectors.
• Network with key industry professionals, including developers, contractors, and investors, to generate leads.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project brief lifecycle, from initial consultation to signing contract
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships by offering value-based architectural solutions.
• Coordinate with architects and project teams to align services with client expectations and project timelines.
• Sales Strategy & Presentations:
• Collaborate with the architecture team to create compelling proposals, presentations, and service packages.
• Present architectural concepts and service offerings to clients, tailoring solutions to their needs.
• Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts for architectural services, including fee structures and project timelines.
• Collaboration with Internal Teams:
• Work closely with architects, designers, and project managers to ensure projects align with client expectations and timelines.
• Monitor and facilitate effective communication between clients and the design team to resolve issues and manage expectations.
• Market Analysis & Reporting:
• Stay updated on market trends in architecture, real estate, and construction to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and report on sales activities, leads, and project progress in CRM systems.
• Provide regular updates and sales forecasts to management, aligning strategies with company goals.
Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the architecture, construction, or furniture industry.• Strong understanding of architectural design processes, construction phases, and related services.• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Ability to build and nurture relationships with high-profile clients and decision-makers.• Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and presentation tools.• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
