Operations Manager

Cultiv is seeking an experienced and dedicated Operations Manager to support our travel accounts. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations, preferably in both B2B and B2C environments. This role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in Six Sigma methodologies, and a proven track record in performance management.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure their needs are consistently met.
  • Provide support and guidance to the operations team.
  • Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in travel operations.Experience in both B2B and B2C travel environments.Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.Excellent analytical and performance management skills.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in relevant software and tools.Preferred Qualifications:Certification in Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).Experience with travel management systems and CRM software.Proven track record in improving operational efficiency and achieving performance targets.
