Digital Marketing Specialist (Media Buying/SEO)

We are seeking a talented and experienced SEO/SEM and Media Buying Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of search engine optimization, pay-per-click advertising, and media planning. This role will involve developing and implementing effective SEO and SEM strategies, managing media buying campaigns across various channels, and optimizing digital marketing efforts to drive traffic and conversions.

Responsibilities:

  • SEO:
    • Conduct in-depth keyword research and analysis.
    • Optimize website content, including title tags, meta descriptions, header tags, and image alt text.
    • Build and maintain high-quality backlinks through effective link building strategies.
    • Monitor and analyze website performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • SEM:
    • Manage and optimize pay-per-click campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
    • Create and test compelling ad copy and landing pages.
    • Track and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Media Buying:
    • Develop and implement effective media plans across various channels, including digital, television, radio, and print.
    • Negotiate media rates and placements with publishers and vendors.
    • Track and measure media campaign performance to ensure ROI.
  • Analytics:
    • Utilize web analytics tools to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the marketing agency to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business goals.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and media buying.Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.Proficiency in using SEO and SEM tools (e.g., Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
