We are Map to Key, a real estate sales and marketing company established in 2022 in Cairo. Over the past two years, we've gained valuable insights and achieved our short-term goals in the real estate sector. Now, we are ready to scale higher, bigger, and longer-term, setting ambitious targets for growth. All of this will only be possible with the right leader in place. We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to take the helm of our sales operations. As a Sales Manager, you will be at the forefront of our company, managing the sales team and driving the success of our sales efforts in Egypt’s primary real estate market, focusing on New Cairo, New Capital, Northern Coast, and Sahel.
Your role will be essential in developing sales strategies, hitting targets, recruiting new sales agents as needed, and leading our team as we enter this new growth phase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, market analysis, and team leadership within the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate the sales team to hit sales targets successfully. Guide the team in closing deals, ensuring all members are aligned with company goals and objectives.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies in alignment with the company's goals to maximize revenue growth in key regions.
- Recruitment: Play a key role in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales agents based on the company's growth needs and market demands.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of individual salespeople, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to optimize team productivity and ensure targets are consistently achieved.
- Market Analysis: Identify emerging markets and shifts in the real estate landscape, while being fully aware of new products, developments, and the competitive environment.
- Client Relationships: Foster and maintain relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Sales Reporting: Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Training and Development: Conduct training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with up-to-date market knowledge and sales techniques.
- Lead Management: Oversee the efficient management of leads, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to align efforts and ensure smooth execution of sales initiatives.
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.Experience:A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the real estate industry.Proven track record of managing sales teams and achieving sales targets in the Egyptian real estate market.Experience in recruiting and building high-performing sales teams.Industry Knowledge:Strong understanding of the primary real estate market in key areas such as New Cairo, New Capital, Northern Coast, and Sahel.Awareness of emerging markets, market shifts, new products, and competitor activities.Skills:Leadership & Team Management: Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a sales team to meet or exceed targets.Sales Strategy: Proficiency in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and plans.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with clients, stakeholders, and senior management.Market Analysis: Strong analytical skills to identify market trends and assess competition.Client Relationship Management: Expertise in fostering relationships with key clients, investors, and stakeholders.Training & Development: Ability to train and develop salespeople to ensure they are knowledgeable and effective in their roles.CRM & Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and managing sales data.Reporting: Ability to create detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.Attributes:Results-driven and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and seizing opportunities.Language:Proficiency in both English and Arabic is preferred for effective communication with diverse clients and stakeholders.Location:Flexibility to travel within Egypt (New Cairo, New Capital, Northern Coast, and Sahel) to manage sales teams and meet clients.
