Must have an advanced knowledge of software programming and Development of web and mobile applications. Able to lead and manage cross-functional project teams. Ability Manage parallel multiple software development project activities, successfully handling complexity and mitigating risks. Project management skills are essential to the role, as is significant industry experience. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development on Mobile and web technologies Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft project Server Project Manager, other project management tools. Agile/Scrum Experience is a must PMP Certification is a plus. CMMI Process experience is a plus Speaking German is a plus
