Network and Communication (Voice) Engineer

  • Manage and administer cisco IP Telephony network that include cisco call manager (CUCM), Cisco unity connection (CUC), IM and Presence and Expressway for MRA
  • Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco voice gateways for branches connection with PSTN through (PRIs and FXOs)
  • Manage and administer Video conference solution that include Jabber Guest, Cisco webex meeting server (CWMS), Cisco Meeting Server (CMS) and Video Endpoints
  • Manage, configure and troubleshoot cisco contact center enterprise (UCCE), CVP, PGs, HDS and Roggers
  • Manage, configure and troubleshoot Zoom/Eleveo call recording
  • Deep understanding and troubleshooting different VoIP protocols "H323, MGCP, SIP"
  • Handle project documentation, planning and user guides
  • Support end users' issues regarding IP phone registration, Extension Mobility, PSTN External calling, Cisco finesse login, Cisco Jabber, MRA and Voice Mail
  • Support call center and call recording issues (Call routing, IVR, Finesse, CUIC Reports and Eleveo call recording)


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in VoIP and voice communication technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco voice solutions and related technologies
  • Familiarity with SIP, RTP protocols, and telephony systems
  • Certification such as CCNA Voice or similar is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
