Responsibilities
· Develop all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience.
· Creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve the business goals.
· Share content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices.
· Writing press releases and editorial publications in both Arabic and English that support Campaign initiatives and messaging.
· Writing letters and other media content daily.
· Creation, development and update of messaging materials as part of communications team and Campaign strategy.
· Partnership with outreach staff members on supporting events and speakers.
· Prepare content/materials for external meetings and speaking engagements (i.e., research briefings, speeches, PowerPoint presentations, talking points, etc.).
· Support of campaign messaging efforts through social media, website and digital communications as needed.
· Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
· Analyze campaigns and translate qualitative data into recommendations and plans for revising the Social Media campaigns.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, English or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in media relations, journalism, communications or related field.
• Portfolio of published articles
• Excellent Arabic and English writing skills.
• Demonstrated skill in proactively building relationships with reporters and editors, and in successfully positioning issues with the media to achieve high impact placements.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to listen well and positively represent the company and its mission
• Great research, organizational, and learning skills
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices
• Strong research skills
• Good understanding of social media KPIs
