Role Purpose

We are looking for a skilled Trade Key Account Executive to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important partners. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with strategic key accounts. You will be able to identify their needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual benefits and satisfaction.

The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business volumes to achieve long-term objectives.

Role Profile

  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key account needs and requirements.
  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major key accounts to ensure they perform in the right direction to achieve the settled targets.
  • Expand the relationships with existing key accounts by continuously supporting their needs to reach the settled objectives.
  • Ensure that our products and services are delivered to customers in the agreed criteria.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key accounts and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints with a sense of ownership.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to the top management to ensure that each account is on the right path and serving the company objectives properly.
