EM Process Transformation

  • Act as a single point of interface between IT and the different business lines
  • ACT as an advisor for the commercial domains
  • Lead the solution implementation technical aspects
  • Analyze business requirements and elaborate opportunity/feasibility study to Head of IT Business Development in coordination with Others IT / Business stakeholders
  • Participate in building business case and RPF (Request for Proposal Process) cycle
  • Enhance the BRD (users' requirement document)
  • Generate feasibility study for the project includes the possible solutions, cost/benefit analysis for each solution
  • Coordinate with the Project Managers / PMO to report status and issue escalation & resolution for all order book items and operational matters for the significant part of a Business line
  • The job holder will be expected to exercise initiative in overcoming obstacles to success
  • They will be expected to adopt a flexible approach in terms of working hours


Requirements

  • 8 years experience
  • Describe Technical Skills Required
  • A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent experience in related field with business back ground
  • Experience in BPM,CRM,Sales ,campaign management and digital solutions
  • Banking experience is a must
  • Database experience is a plus
  • Development experience is a plus
  • Experience in Troubleshooting
  • Experience in managing User acceptance testing
