Senior Talent Acquistion Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in mass hiring, particularly in Sales and Customer Service roles. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition. 

This role is critical to supporting the rapid growth of our organization by attracting top talent and ensuring the efficiency of the recruitment process.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and engaging with potential talent pools.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and department heads to understand business needs and define hiring goals for mass recruitment.
  • Continuously improve and streamline the recruitment process, reducing time-to-hire while maintaining high hiring standards.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Promote and enhance the company's employer brand to attract top talent in competitive markets.
     

3-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a focus on mass hiring for Sales and Customer Service roles.Experience in hiring in GCC is highly recommended.Proven experience in high-volume recruitment with an emphasis on delivering under tight deadlines.Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent pipeline management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder and candidate engagement.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
