- Set production plan in coordination with Planning and follow-up its achievement.
- Issue production work order according to production plan.
- Check with warehouse for Raw and Packaging materials availability according to plan.
- Monitor, organize, coordinate shop floor transactions to ensure plan fulfillment.
- Ensure adherence to product specifications throughout the manufacturing process.
- Report Production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) like productivity, wastage, efficiency, and safety to concerned parties.
- Maintain and improve daily shop-floor activities in compliance with the company's systems (Safety requirement of company & ISO regulation).
- Follow up with maintenance department regarding planned and preventive maintenance as well as troubleshooting machinery failures instantaneously whenever happens.
- Prepare the monthly incentives sheets for the production Team and approve for labor leaves and rotations.
- Initiating corrective actions whenever needed to enable the department to meet its targets, and share corrective actions implementation plan and ensure following-up process.
- Maintain a competent, trained work force at determined headcount levels to meet production needs.
