- Collaborate with project team to understand material and service requirements.
- Identify potential suppliers and assess their capabilities.
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets for procurement activities.
- Develop strategies for sourcing materials and services, considering cost, quality, and delivery time.
- Evaluate and prequalify suppliers based on technical and financial criteria.
- Prepare and issue RFPs/RFQs to selected suppliers.
- Analyze and compare bids, considering cost, compliance with specifications, and delivery schedules.
- Negotiate terms, prices, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Prepare contracts with clear terms and conditions, including scope, pricing, delivery, and penalties.
-Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including amendments, renewals, and terminations based on commitment or failure of each supplier to the agreement upon discussion with the management.
BSc of Civil or Architecture Engineering.5 to 7 years of experience at a similar scope of work . Experience in a construction company is a must.
