We're seeking a talented and motivated Marketing & Artwork Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between creativity and marketing strategy, developing eye-catching visuals and driving engagement across all our channels.

Responsibilities:

• Design stunning and engaging marketing materials (social media designs & GIFs)
• Assist with content creation, including writing compelling copy and brainstorming new content ideas. (Experience preferred, eagerness to learn a plus!)
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite like a pro (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.) - proficiency is a must.
• Bonus points: Experience with motion graphics and animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a major plus!
• Demonstrate social media management skills, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite to optimize social media performance and gain valuable audience insights.
• Craft and manage comprehensive monthly content calendars that align with marketing goals and target audience interests.
• Utilize marketing research skills to stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
• Conduct monthly marketing performance analysis to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Seamlessly manage marketing tasks, fostering collaboration across departments to achieve campaign goals.
• Proactively negotiate with vendors to secure the best resources and pricing.
• Presentation design to resonate with our brand identity & Fine-tune its look and feel to ensure a consistent message across all communications
