Job Summary
The Content Creator will develop, create, and manage high-quality content that aligns with our brand messaging and engages our target audience. This role involves creating content for various platforms, including social media platforms, the company website, and other digital marketing channels. The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of branding, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies, focusing on increasing brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
Main Responsibilities (List in order of importance and amount of time spent on task):
- Content Development:
- Develop and produce creative content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X), including images, videos, stories, and reels that align with the brand's voice and objectives.
- Create compelling website content, blog posts, and articles aligned with the direction of Golden Collections.
- Write product descriptions, promotional copy, and marketing collateral that effectively communicates product benefits and brand values.
- Content Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop a comprehensive content strategy that supports brand goals and marketing campaigns.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
- Research industry trends, competitors, and target audiences to inform content creation and strategy.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage day-to-day social media activities, including content scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Visual Content Creation:
- Work closely with graphic designers to produce high-quality visual content showcasing Golden Collections' exclusivity.
- Edit and optimize images and videos for various digital platforms if needed.
- UGC (User-Generated Content) Collaboration:
- Curate and promote user-generated content to build brand trust and loyalty.
- Performance Tracking and Optimization:
- Collaborate with the digital team to measure content performance and provide regular reports on key metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversion, etc.).
- Optimize content based on data-driven insights to achieve the best possible results.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field.5+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or a similar role, preferably in the Fragrance, beauty, or fashion industry.Proven portfolio of content creation for digital platforms, including written, visual, and video content.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.Proficiency in content creation tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, or similar.Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt content to different platforms and formats.Experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Facebook Business Suite).Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.Knowledge of the GCC market and cultural nuances is a plus.
