- Prepare and review detailed technical drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Coordinate with other disciplines such as structural and Electromechanical to ensure that all design elements are compatible and integrated.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure that construction is following the approved plans and specifications.
- Perform quality control checks to identify and resolve any issues with the construction work.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding technical aspects of architectural projects.
- Responsible for managing technical conflicts and problems during the construction phase.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering “ Architecture”.Candidate must have 3+ years of experience.Knowledge of Revit and AUTOCAD is mandatory.Construction Background or site management is preferred.Excellent client-facing and international communication skills.Excellent English writing and speaking skills.
