- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the technical team.
- Gather client requirements, understand their business processes, and ensure their needs are clearly communicated to the technical team.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to update them on the progress of the project and gather feedback.
- Attending the meeting and mention the MOM after the meeting & send it by mail to the team & customers
- Attending the internal meeting
- Work with the technical team to configure and customize the Odoo system based on client-specific requirements.
- Ensure that the implementation aligns with both client expectations and the company's internal processes.
- Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for any client issues related to Odoo.
- Ensure the timely delivery of the project by coordinating tasks between the technical team and the client.
- Monitor the progress of the Odoo implementation and manage any potential risks or delay
- Oversee the performance of the Odoo system after implementation, ensuring it meets client expectations.
- Address any system issues and ensure that regular updates are provided to both the client and internal team.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, project progress, and system configurations.
- Provide regular reports to management and clients on system performance, updates, and any required improvements.
Odoo Knowledge: Experience in working with the Odoo ERP system.Understanding of Business Processes: Good knowledge of accounting, inventory, HR, and other processes supported by Odoo.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze system issues and provide solutions.Communication Abilities: Ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical teams.Organization and Time Management: Well-organized to handle multiple tasks efficiently.Required Qualifications:A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Practical experience with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
