Responsibilities:
Teacher Management:
- Oversee the hiring process and contract management for teachers.
- Coordinate and facilitate teacher training programs.
- Manage teacher schedules and ensure coverage for all sessions.
- Define and communicate teacher responsibilities, including activities such as video shooting and marketing requests.
- Handle teacher financial cycles and related administrative tasks.
Session Management:
- Ensure the availability and scheduling of sessions per semester.
- Oversee the timeline for each session and ensure adherence to schedules.
- Monitor and manage session moderation to maintain quality and engagement.
Material and Content Management:
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, documents, and forms, ensuring the accuracy of content, including proofreading and editing.
- Ensure the availability of necessary materials for sessions.
- Handle content requests and coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill them.
Student and Community Management:
- Manage grade channels and ensure accurate and timely updates.
- Oversee student community groups, organizing them by subjects.
- Finalize student reports for monthly distribution to parents.
- Ensure the availability of homework and manage requests from and to teachers.
Operational Training and Support:
- Provide training for new operations personnel.
- Support teachers with any operational tasks related to their duties.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or higher and 3 years of related experience.Problem-solving and solution-driven mentality with analytical thinking skills.Customer-focused with strong computer literacy, including MS Office skills.Ability to multitask and work with different tools and systems simultaneously.Flexibility to adapt to fast-changing priorities and business processes.Excellent in English, both written and verbal.
