Clinic Manager

Maintain high level of customer service
Enhance customer experience throughout his journey in the clinic starting from the front  desk welcome till paying for his services.
Excellent handling of complaints inside the clinic
Proactively solving the patients’ problems before happening
Making sure clinic rules are applied across the employees
Oversee the floor operations including reception and nurse
Monitors all clinic staff
Maintain reception schedule
Completes reception desk evaluation and takes disciplinary actions
Reports consumed material to the manager
Perform Stock check periodically 
Verifies and approves medical purchases
Ensure expired medications are replaced
Making sure stock is maintained in adequate quantities 
Assists in initiating changes in operations as necessary
Ensures operational policies are being followed
Ensures clinic neatness 
Monitor waiting area flow


Minimum 5 Years Experience Excellent communications SkillsExcellent Customer Service SkillsPrior medical experience is plus
