- Deliver high-quality User Interfaces and User Experience Design in alignment with enterprise products and company vision.
- Create analog and VR sketches, wireframes, flow charts, storyboards, interactive prototypes, and documentation to articulate client requirements and ideas.
- Develop high-fidelity experiences, mock-ups, and prototypes for key elements and features within defined parameters.
- Continuously evaluate user feedback to enhance overall user experience, usability, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with developers, providing clear specifications for UX and UI components.
- Support the team in establishing a design language and system for products.
- Ensure proper execution of all features through follow-up on final implementations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including visual designers, copywriters, project managers, strategists, developers, and QA.
- Contribute to UX/UI deliverables in new business pitches as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design, Fine Arts, or related field. (Optional)
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in XR or related fields.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends in XR.
