Job Description: We are looking for a skilled IT Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in VoIP (Voice over IP) and Networking. The role involves managing and optimizing our IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable and efficient communication systems, and providing support for various technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage VoIP systems and ensure their optimal performance.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to plan and execute IT projects.
• Maintain and update documentation related to network configurations and system processes.
• Provide technical support and training to staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on VoIP and Networking.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, VoIP technologies, and network security.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
