CRM Executive ( logistics Field )

1)Monitor the business following to the management board strategies and goals.
2)Target new market opportunities and work through effective sales funnel.
3)Implement and develop growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 
4)  improve customer retention strategy, highest level of satisfaction and always promote new solutions adapting to clients needs and objectives.
5)Engage with operations department and other cross functions to respond to any external complaints and work effectively for corrective and preventive actions.
6) Maintain excellent working relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met.
Create, prepare, review and edit all contracts.
7)Provide advice and guidance to the different teams relating to contract generation.
8)Meet with customers to discuss both operations and business needs.
9)Draft and revise a variety of contracts with customers.
Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
10)Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling.
