As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the backend infrastructure of our applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers, product managers, and other team members to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for clean code and a solid understanding of backend technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side logic, ensuring high performance and responsiveness of the applications.
- Design and implement data storage solutions, including databases and data models.
- Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code following best practices and design patterns.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications, ensuring smooth deployment and maintenance.
- Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins for automated deployment and testing.
- Utilize version control systems (GIT) for code management and collaboration.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continually improve the development process.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in backend development.Strong proficiency in PHP, with extensive experience in the Laravel framework.Solid understanding of MySQL and database design principles.Proficient in version control systems, especially GIT.Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Jenkins.Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.Commitment to writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with other programming languages and frameworks.Knowledge of front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
