We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Export Sales to spearhead our international sales strategy in the food and beverage sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in export sales, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of global markets. You will be responsible for driving our export growth, building strategic relationships, and overseeing the execution of our global sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base in regional markets.
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Aggressively exploring business opportunities with new and existing accounts in order to meet or exceed set sales quota.
Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
Ensure all sales operations comply with country-specific export regulations.
Manages the establishment of a database of existing and potential accounts in order to strengthen and build the business.
Analyze all aspects of logistics to determine the most cost- effective and efficient means of transporting products or supplies.
Contribute to the development of effective distributors Strategies.
Engages in hands-on Customer Collaboration initiatives and builds partnerships that are value driven and win-win for both the Customer and ACCBC.
Identify and cultivate relationships with large accounts to maximize revenue
Leverage existing customer relationships to grow the channel and synergize in aspects of portfolio, negotiations, information sharing and results.
Review and finalize Joint Business Programs and BDA structure.
Negotiate contracts with potential clients and manage existing client relationships.
Develop strategies for the sales and business development of corporate accounts in specific BU for all of Zee Cola products in order to grow the business.
Opportunity Mapping – Identify “Where to Play” for profitable growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
Manage Pricing, Terms and Conditions – Identify scalable ways to assign pricing, discounts and customer differentiation.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales Management in FMCG industry.Minimum of 1 year of experience in Export Management experience for Saudi Arabia Market.Must have an experience in Export logistics.Able to build effective customer relationships.Experience in operational excellence in planning and delivery.Able to identify winning sales opportunities
