- Design and Develop Job Description and Job Specification.
- Collaborate with managers for annual manpower plan and plan cost estimate.
- Conduct exit interview and prepare exit interview analysis.
A bachelor's degree.2 : 5 years of experience in Human Resources ( Specially in OD & Talent Acquisition ).Excellent command of English.Excellent user of Microsoft Office ( Excel, Word , Visio….. ).Eager to learn and committed.HR Certificate or Diploma is preferred.Maximum age is 27 years.
