Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Supervisor at Yangtze Qu Resturant in Cairo, Egypt. The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing food & beverage services, and supervising staff to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in maintaining high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the hospitality industry
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Relevant certification or degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus
