Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Team Leader role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the team’s day-to-day operations, providing guidance and support to team members, ensuring sales targets are met, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
- Real Estate industry knowledge and experience
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to set and achieve sales targets
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
