1. Provides technical support for the sales team to include coordination or analysis of sales planning and activities.
2. Monitors sales achievements vs. sales plan and previous years. Develops analytical reports based on market intelligence and provides recommendations to the sales planning process based on market analytical reports.
3. Provides forecast input formats to Field sales by hierarchy level. Update forecast inputs to ensure accuracy. Receive internal/external information related to volume forecast.
4. Assists in preparation of budgets, and volume sales forecasts.
5. Development of reports and creating data bank.
6. Report the company products performance on weekly and monthly bases.
7. Handling and monitoring all distributors claims. And making budget tracking for all trade segments.
8. developing executive competitors' reports by consolidating in market data, and with recommendations.
9. Providing executive analytical reports with recommended presentations –when needed-
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience in a Sales Operations or similar role in FMCG industry
- Strong understanding of the sales process to support the sales team
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data to make suggestions on how to improve the sales process
- Experience working with different teams and departments to streamline onboarding and reporting
- Relevant training and/or certifications in Sales Operations preferred
