Testing Manager

  • Develop, manage, and own the implementation of the test strategy for the main projects
  • Ensure that testing requirements are scoped, planned, and managed effectively
  • Produce metrics to measure testing quality and progress
  • Develop test estimates, test schedules, impact analysis and co-ordinate resources accordingly
  • Train and mentor those involved in test design and execution
  • Coordinating all testing roles and responsibilities within teams
  • Work closely with Development team, BA and QC teams as well as Stakeholders and members of Management


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering
  • 9+ years' experience in the same field
  • Hands on experience in Appium and rest assured
  • Extensive knowledge of automation testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and managing testing teams on complex projects
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Solid understanding of performance testing
