Key Account Manager

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Unit Sales Manager – Key Account to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, forecasting sales, analyzing market data, and driving the acquisition of new business opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for sales within the food and beverage industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and maintain relationships with key accounts to maximize sales and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, monitor, and supervise a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  • Forecast sales, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports to support decision-making processes.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including opening new accounts and developing new markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure alignment and drive business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide excellent customer service, address client concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and clients.
  • Regularly visit key accounts to maintain strong relationships and stay updated on their needs and market trends.



Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong knowledge of key account management and sales forecasting.
  • Experience leading and managing a team of sales representatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and market trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to open new accounts and expand market presence.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
