Education Operations Manager

Description:

The Operations Manager at SANE Egypt plays a critical role in overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the organization, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with policies and procedures. This role involves managing staff, resources, and processes to support the organization's mission and goals, as well as overseeing compliance with other branches. Duties include:


1. Team Management and Leadership:

- Supervise and provide leadership to the operations team, including administrative staff, facilities management, and support personnel.

- Ensure that team members are properly trained, motivated, and equipped to fulfill their roles and responsibilities effectively.

- Ensure that workshops, classes and all programs are up to date with latest pedagogy 


2. Administrative Operations:

- Oversee administrative functions, including office management, procurement, inventory control, and vendor management.

- Develop and implement systems, policies, and procedures to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and maintain compliance with organizational standards.


3. Human Resources Management:

- Manage human resources processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

- Facilitate professional development opportunities, training programs, and staff engagement initiatives to support team members' growth and development.


4. Financial Management and Budgeting:

- Collaborate with the Finance Manager to develop and monitor departmental budgets, track expenses, and ensure responsible financial management.

- Review financial reports and analysis to identify areas for cost savings, resource allocation, and operational improvements.


5. Facility and Resource Management:

- Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and security to ensure a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, clients, and visitors.

- Manage organizational resources, equipment, and supplies, optimizing utilization and procurement processes to meet operational needs.


6. Process Improvement and Compliance:

- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains within operational workflows and systems.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, addressing any issues or gaps as needed.

- Oversee compliance with operational standards and procedures across other branches of the organization, coordinating with branch managers and stakeholders as necessary.


7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other departmental leaders and team members to ensure alignment of operational activities with organizational goals and priorities.

- Communicate effectively across departments to coordinate workflows, resolve issues, and support collaborative initiatives.


The Operations Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning and efficiency of SANE Egypt's operations, as well as ensuring compliance with operational standards across other branches of the organization.
