Manage Inland logistics including distribution fleet, planning routes, and analyze budget
Manage import and export activities
Supervise freight forwarder selection
Update and evaluate metrics to assess performance and evaluate and implement enhancement
Ensure all operations adhere to laws, guidelines, and ISO performance
Optimize total Leadtime for inland, import and export
Review current policy to spot enhancement as per current best practice

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
Proven experience 10 years, 3 years in logistics management, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team
Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including ERP systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), and transportation management systems (TMS)
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and optimization
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and partners
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements governing logistics operations
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and willingness to take initiative in driving process improvements
