Sales Representative

The Sales Representative is responsible for driving new business opportunities and revenue growth for our company. They will identify and engage with potential clients, understand their web development needs, present our solutions, and close sales deals. The ideal candidate possesses a strong sales background, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a good understanding of web development and technology.

Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients using various lead generation techniques, including cold calling, networking, and online research.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on their web development needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline.
Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with potential clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and website requirements.
Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations showcasing our web development capabilities and solutions.
Proposal Development: Develop and present detailed proposals outlining project scope, timeline, and pricing.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, leads, opportunities, and results using CRM software.
Market Knowledge: Stay abreast of web development trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
 


Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Proven sales experience, preferably in the technology or web development industry.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing abilities.Ability to understand and articulate web development concepts and technologies.Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software, as well as CRM tools.
