  • Designing the organizational structure and management hierarchy of the organization according to administrative principles.
  • Responsible for recruitment in the company and conducting interviews.
  • Supervising employee relations.
  • Organizing, planning, and directing administrative functions and services in the company.
  • Acting as a liaison between employees and company management.
  • Consulting with employees to determine the necessary qualifications and experience.
  • Focusing on applicants' experiences, academic qualifications, and required skills during job interviews.
  • Informing job applicants about all the details of the job they are applying for, including rights and responsibilities.
  • Hiring or recommending qualified individuals.
  • Promoting and encouraging the workforce to achieve the best results.
  • Resolving issues between employees and management.
  • Informing company managers about company policies.
  • Creating, organizing, and leading training programs, as well as evaluating and enhancing employee performance.
  • Continuously updating job qualifications and job descriptions for all positions within the company.
  • Maintaining records and documents, establishing a system for retrieving old files and documents, and recording new data.
  • Approving and signing leave requests and exits.

Proven experience as hr consultantExperience in project management preferably HR relatedIn-depth knowledge of HR principles, functions, methods and best practicesSolid understanding of research methods and analysisComputer savvy with working knowledge of human resource IT (ATS, Payroll etc.)Ability to strategize and formulate business plansAn analytical mind with problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and consulting skillsA team playerBSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field; MSc/MA in human resources will be a plus
