Public Relations Manager

  • Develop and implement strategic PR plans to raise the agency's profile and that of its clients.
  • Manage media outreach, including pitching stories, arranging interviews, and responding to media inquiries.
  • Plan and coordinate press events, press conferences, and other public-facing activities.
  • Write and distribute press releases, bylined articles, and other PR content.
  • Maintain and update the agency's online newsroom, social media channels, and other digital PR assets.
  • Collaborate with the agency's marketing and creative teams to ensure PR efforts are integrated.
  • Track and report on PR metrics and campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in PR and communications.
  • Measure and report on the success of PR initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)

 

Required Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years of experience in public relations, preferably in an advertising or creative agency setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong media relations and networking skills
  • Experience with social media, digital PR, and content creation
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, or a related field
