Responsibilities:
Supervise the implementation of safety and security plans in the factory.
Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations.
Follow up and develop emergency plans and incident responses.
Train employees on safety procedures and evaluate the effectiveness of the training.
Monitor and analyze potential risks and take preventive measures.
Prepare regular reports on safety conditions and submit them to top management.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in industrial safety in factories, with supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to make decisions in critical situations.
Ability to work under pressure and effectively handle emergency situations.
