Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Recruiter at TameenNow in Alexandria, Egypt. The Senior Human Resources Recruiter will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Recruitment, Interviewing, and Candidate Experience skills
- Talent Acquisition and Onboarding experience
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience with HRIS and recruitment software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
