Job Description
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and gaps.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs aligned with organizational goals.
- Design and deliver training materials, including presentations, workshops, and online courses.
- Utilize various training methodologies (e.g., classroom, e-learning, on-the-job training) to cater to different learning styles.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness.
- Evaluate training programs and make necessary adjustments for improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest learning and development trends and technologies.
- Provide support and coaching to employees throughout the learning process.
- Manage the learning management system (LMS) and training records.
- Collaborate with HR and department managers to ensure training aligns with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in learning and development roles.
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and authoring tools.
