E-Commerce Specialist

Manage Online Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the eCommerce platform, ensuring all products are accurately listed, priced, and categorised.

Product Listings: Optimise product listings with high-quality images, compelling descriptions, and relevant keywords to improve search rankings and conversions.

Website Optimisation: Collaborate with the Tech and design teams to enhance website usability, navigation, and overall user experience, including mobile responsiveness.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyse website performance, sales data, customer behaviour, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics. Use insights to optimise strategies and report on key metrics.

SEO & SEM : Work with the marketing team to implement SEO strategies and manage paid search campaigns to drive organic and paid traffic to the eCommerce site.

Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for customers.

● Stay Updated on eCommerce Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the eCommerce strategy.


● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.● Experience: 2+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or a related role, preferably within retail or consumer goods.● Technical Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce), Google Analytics, and SEO tools.● Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights to improve performance.● Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.● Customer Focused: A strong understanding of customer needs and behaviours in an online shopping environment.● Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and find solutions that enhance user experience.● Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and technologies.● Creativity: A creative mindset to develop engaging online experiences and promotional activities.Preferred Qualifications:● Experience with content management systems (CMS).● Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and web design principles.● Familiarity with UX/UI best practices.● Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or related areas.This role is ideal for someone passionate about eCommerce and ready to take our online presence to the next level.
