Role Purpose:
• Work closely with business to support them to understand their business needs and figure out the best way to be delivered.
• Spot impact / any gaps related to new requirements.
• Business Analyst shall be considered focal point for any business reference or business capability enablement.
• Work closely with technical teams to communicate business requirements and check its feasibility.
• Provide support and maximize the effectiveness of the Product Owner by assisting in the creation of user stories with the appropriate level of detail.
• Responsible for offering business insights during release and iteration planning, as well as assisting in the review and reprioritization of the release backlog.
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborates closely with the Product Owner / Business entity to clarify objectives and business value outcomes.
• Defines any business gaps / impact and communicate it.
• Defines and prioritizes user stories aligned with the capability roadmap.
• Translates business requirements for technical teams and facilitates discussions between technical and business teams to achieve the desired business goals.
• Ensures that user stories are broken down into appropriate levels of detail for implementation by engineering teams.
• Supports daily reporting, facilitation, and communication.
• Safeguards business and user needs by verifying functionality, accuracy, and completeness of new requirements or change requests against the original proposal.
• Supports the development and execution of acceptance tests based on acceptance criteria, ensuring that user stories meet the defined criteria.
• Analyzes and reports delivery risks and opportunities.
• Facilitates engagement with stakeholders for effective communication and decision-making.
• Identifies areas for improvement in solutions and business processes.
• Performs product modeling.

Professional Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in Communication, Computer Engineering, Telecom Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field is required.
• At least 3+ years of technical experience in various domains within the telecommunications and/or IT industry.
• Familiarity with Agile principles and methodologies, and previous experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
• CBAP certified is a plus
