IT Specialist

  • Provide technical support for local and remote users.
  • Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware, Software, and LAN / WAN infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot the network and system services (CRM, Printing, Email service, VPN, and Internet access).
  • Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations.
  • Provide Technical Support for Hardware and Software Issues.

Experience from 2 to 3 Years.Strong knowledge in VOIPStrong Knowledge in Sophos Sophos XG firewalls.Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA, ESXI is a must.Good Knowledge of CCNB is preferred.Experience preferred in offshore call centersAbility to diagnose and Resolve Basic Technical Issues.Good understanding of Windows Servers.Excellent Communication Skills.Very Good command in English.Fast LearnerStrong Knowledge in Linux & Ubuntu
