  • Job Summary:
    The Business Development Manager is responsible for improving and developing operations, departments, and ideas within the coffee shop chain. This role aims to enhance efficiency, foster innovation, and achieve sustainable business growth. The Business Development Manager works closely with various teams to identify new opportunities and implement performance improvement strategies.

 

  • Duties and Responsibilities:

Performance Analysis:

  • Review and analyze current operations performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for different departments within the coffee shop chain.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and innovation in products and services.

Project Management:

  • Lead development and improvement projects from inception to execution.
  • Coordinate with various teams to ensure goals are achieved on time and within budget.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

  • Foster a culture of innovation within the company by proposing and developing new ideas.
  • Implement continuous improvement programs to enhance efficiency and quality.

Building Partnerships:

  • Build and develop relationships with business partners and suppliers to enhance growth opportunities.
  • Negotiate partnership contracts to achieve the best returns for the company.

Training and Development:

  • Provide support and training to various teams to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop training programs to improve employee performance.
  1. Reporting and Analysis:
  • Prepare periodic reports on project progress and analyze results.
  • Provide recommendations to senior management based on data and analysis.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business development or strategic management role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and solve problems efficiently.
