Job Description

  • Organizing meetings and managing databases
  • Booking transportation: flights, fleets and accommodation. This includes organizing itineraries and related details.
  • Organizing company events and conferences
  • Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports related to the CEO office
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of administrative staff
  • Processing invoices and managing office budgets

Experience: 7+ experience in administration & operations management. Experience in commercial environments will be a great plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree Business Administration or a relevant field.Proven working experience as an Office Manager, with global experienceDemonstrable ability to lead and manage staffExcellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and handle multiple projectsWillingness to travel and to work on flexible timings.Excellent English & communication skills.
