TT Furniture (Tarek Trade) is hiring "Sales representatives & specialists" in a 2000 SQM Retail Store space in City Stars Mall with salaries that could reach from 13,000 to 17,000 EGP per month (Fixed + Commission).
Goals & Responsibilities:
- Represent the company in sales at the store and follow up with your customers from the moment the customer enters the store till he/she receives their items, making sure they're completely satisfied.
- Sales that assist customers with complete design ideas for home furnishings, hotels, restaurants, etc.
- Assist customers in choosing fabrics and suggesting models for their houses.
- Collaborate with the company's engineers to arrange house visits for customers to take house measurements.
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Suggest sales process improvements
Strong & professional verbal communication skillsMajored in marketing or business1-3 work experience in sales, preferably in furnitureAbility to work in a team environment.Creative in marketing ideas to gain more traffic.Can work under pressureFollowing up with customers after deliveryHands on experience with ERP and CRM systemsProficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS ExcelFluency in English is a must
