An Office Manager is required for a company in Nasr City:

  • Respond to incoming calls and Email from clients (Arabic and English)
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office/Excel/PowerPoint presentation
  • Create client files and organize internal office files
  • Control staff attendance and prepare monthly attendance sheet
  • Prepare meetings 
  • Online research of suppliers
  • Contact possible suppliers to get quotations 
  • Good negotiation skills with suppliers
  • Prepare Purchase Orders to suppliers in coordination with Finance Department
  • Good marketing and social media knowledge to run/update company’s profile on website/facebook/linkedin
