Job Responsibilities:

 Serve as a primary point of contact for customers inquiries related to billing and accounts receivable.
 Address customers concerns promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
 Generate and distribute accurate and timely invoices to students based on contractual agreements.
 Communicate with customers to resolve billing contradictions and ensure timely payments via emails phones or personally.
 Collaborate with internal departments to address payment issues and escalate unresolved matters as necessary.
 Record incoming payments accurately and reconcile contradictions between payments received and invoices issued.
 Ensure proper allocation of payments to outstanding invoices.
 Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status including cash flow projections and collection performance to maintain an accurate accounts receivables system   to enhance the collection function.
 Provide insights and recommendations to management for improving receivables management processes.
Job Requirements:
 Demonstrated knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and revise standards and practices.
 Demonstrated high degree of analytical ability.
 Ability to use personal computer with Word Excel and computerized accounting software. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP accounting software is preferred.
 Ability to independently plan organizes and coordinates work to meet deadlines and accommodate changing priorities.
 Ability to design analyze and prepares financial reports.
 Ability to effectively communicate both in oral and written form.
 Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and support business interests through the exercise of sound judgment and discretion.
 Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees management and the general public including those from culturally diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications:

 University Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent field

 0-2 years of experience in accounting or finance preferably in Accounts receivable

 V. Good Knowledge of accounting standards and principles is a must

 V. Good command English and Arabic is a must any other language is a plus.
