Senior Technical Sales Executive

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Sales Executive. The successful candidate will have a robust technical background combined with exceptional sales skills. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their technical needs and presenting solutions that drive business growth. The Senior Technical Sales Executive will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets covering KSA, the Gulf area, and Egypt.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed the Sales and Service targets agreed upon with business management, covering KSA, the Gulf area, and Egypt.
  • Develop, own, and maintain effective business relationships with key customers, partners, and end-users
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and opportunity pipeline updates to allow for accurate business forecasting and Sales planning
  • Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Keeping customers informed about new technological products.
  • Compiling business presentations, proposals, and reports related to technical products.
  • Prepares Monthly Sales Reports and customer activity and updates on sales and collection.
  • Liaise with the Service Team to ensure the growth of opportunities in quotes and orders from the Sales Team generates additional Service Revenue
  • Coordinate with the Technical Team to issue quotations, and specifications and keep records for the same
  • Ensure available sales tools and CRM documentation.
  • Participate in regional trade shows as agreed and planned by the business.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Computer Science or related.3-7 Years of experience in Technical Sales, preferably Networks or IT, solutionsIntensive traveling is part of the jobKnowledge of the company's product and service offeringsStrong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, managed services, and IT infrastructure.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Experience in compiling business presentations, proposals, and technical product reports.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively.What We Offer:Competitive net salary and attractive commission.Business trips allowance.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
