Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a data analytics strategy aligned with the organization's business objectives. This involves understanding business needs and translating them into actionable data analysis plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product etc.) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop dashboards and reports to track and measure performance against these metrics. Essentially, you'll be the bridge between data and actionable insights for different departments.
• Ensure data quality and adherence to data governance standards. This involves cleaning, organizing, and validating data to ensure its accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Conduct complex data analysis using SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages and analytical tools. You'll be the expert, guiding the team in complex data manipulation and analysis techniques.
• Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, clearly explaining technical concepts in an understandable way. Storytelling with data is a key skill here.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analytics trends and technologies, and continuously improve the team's capabilities through training and knowledge sharing.
