• Achieving target sales.

• Coaches and leads the sales force and the distributor's sales force to ensure that they follow their set schedules, route plans, and sales target.

• Supervises sales representatives' performance by reviewing daily sales and collection reports, providing feedback and recommending corrective actions when needed.
