BS degree in engineering with emphasis on Production / Industrial.7+ years’ experience in same position in steel structure field is a must.total experience from 10-15 years of experience.Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources).Familiar with industry-standard equipment and technical expertise.Knowledgeable of safety, quality, productivity, demand creation, inventory, and stewardship processes.ERP system user.Computer literacy with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
