Job Summary

VXI Global Solutions is seeking a highly proficient German Language & Culture Trainer to enhance agents’ language fluency, communication skills, and cultural awareness. The successful candidate will design and deliver tailored training programs to prepare agents for professional customer interactions and ensure alignment with German business communication standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured German language and cultural training sessions to improve fluency and communication effectiveness.
• Assess agents’ language proficiency and group learners according to their development needs.
• Develop training materials, exercises, and practice scenarios tailored to BPO and customer service environments.
• Conduct simulated calls and written interactions to strengthen agents’ communication skills.
• Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, accent, tone, articulation, and professional language use.
• Monitor training progress, conduct periodic assessments, and prepare individual performance reports.
• Support the development of final assessments and graduation criteria.
• Train agents on German business culture, communication etiquette, and customer expectations.

Job Requirements

Essential Requirements

• Native or near-native German proficiency (C2 level) in both spoken and written communication.
• Proven experience teaching German to non-native speakers.
• Strong knowledge of German business culture and professional communication standards.
• Accredited certification in German language teaching and/or intercultural training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a BPO, call center, or customer service training environment.
• Knowledge of phonetics, pronunciation coaching, and accent improvement techniques.
• Experience designing language training materials and structured learning programs.
• Strong presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
